The use of tylenol on painful days is often recommended, sometimes an anti-inflammatory such as naproxen, ibuprofen. Arthritis makes your joints more stiff and painful as you get older.
well actually i have rheumatoid arthritis severe and it is no fun at all. when I first started out I would have alot of swelling and warmth in the joints and as the years went by and no medicine was helping the joints have all turned sideways in my hands and my feet but I can peck like heck on this computer to answer your question I might not be the first but I will eventually get this answer up there if you need any advice from me add me as your contact and we can e-mail each other.
